Get Help

If you need help

If you’ve found your way to Resilient Souls, chances are you’re navigating some really difficult things. You may also find that listening to the stories we share or reading the blogs triggers some deeper emotions that you need to address. Our content is designed to help and encourage you on your journey, but you might also need one-to-one support as you face life’s challenges.

While it’s not possible at this stage for Stewart or the Resilient Souls team to support individuals with their immediate needs, we want to make sure we can direct you to those who can.

Over time, we plan to connect with other like-minded and trusted partners and services that we'll add in as options for anyone needing support.

Signs it might be time to ask for help

It might be time to seek extra support if…

  • You feel the problem you’re facing is interfering with your ability to function in a number of important areas of your life, including work, home and relationships.

  • You find yourself coping by engaging in activities that provide immediate or short-term relief, but have unhelpful long-term consequences e.g. excessive drinking, use of substances to numb the pain etc

  • Other people around you are worried about your emotional and mental health and you’re becoming distressed by what you’re feeling

  • You feel like your emotions are in control of you and you’re finding it difficult to regulate your them or understand what you’re experiencing.

  • Nothing you’ve tried so far has helped
